Visual Arts
Our work with the visual arts emanates from our love for collecting contemporary art and the desire to share that joy with the public at large.

Exhibitions: FLAG presents four to six exhibitions a year that include artworks by international established and emerging artists, borrowed from a variety of sources. Shown: Isa Genzken: Two Orchids – For eminent German artist Isa Genzken, the mass-produced white orchid has become the quintessential flower of our age: global, accessible, and open to interpretation. Rising to 28 and 34 feet respectively, the paired stems of Genzken’s towering sculpture wind elegantly skyward, capturing light and casting shadows in a play of rhyming forms. More info →
Lead support for Two Orchids is provided by the Fuhrman Family Foundation and The FLAG Art Foundation.
Shown: Patricia Cronin: Shrine for Girls – a series of site-specific sculptural installations in different cities around the world created by artist Patricia Cronin, reflecting on the global plight of exploited women and girls. More info →
